FAQ


Official commemorative printed copies are provided by DPI Direct, the sole authorized distributor of the 2024 SDSU Commencement Programs. Orders are placed here using the DPI ordering portal.

This site will only be open for a limited time for this graduation season. Please order your programs at your earliest convenience, so you don't miss out on ordering before the site is closed.

The last day to order is July 31, 2024 by 5:00 pm PDT. The commencement programs will be unavailable to purchase after this date.

The programs will not ship or arrive before the commencement ceremony. You can access the digital commencement program during the ceremony on the Commencement site. All orders will ship after the commencement ceremonies, on or after May 13, 2024. (This is the only print run for Commencement 2024.)

We are shipping via USPS, and depending upon the destination address, it may be possible to ship to other countries. Please enter your shipping address at checkout; if USPS is not available in the cart, then that address is not supported. We recommend that you use a U.S. address when possible.

This site requires that your browser allow pop-ups. Please confirm you have them enabled before attempting to check out (see the FAQ How do I allow pop-ups? below for instructions). Once you click on the "Submit CC Payment Now" button, you will receive a pop-up message asking you to confirm you are ready to checkout and notifying you that you will not be able to go back. Once you acknowledge that, by clicking okay, the credit card transaction window will "pop" open in a new window for you to enter your information.

Please log into your account. Visit Order History, under the "My Account" dropdown towards the top right. Find the order in the list that says "Pay Now" in green. Click on "Pay Now" and it will bring up the credit card window to try again. 

*Please note that the address you entered under “Billing” must be an exact match to the credit card statement or the payment will not process.

This site requires that your browser allow "Pop-Ups" particularly for the check-out process. The site provides messages for checking out and the credit card information form from the secure credit card processor as pop-ups. Please enable/allow pop-ups in your browser. This can be done at a global level or by allowing only this site to have pop-ups. You can visit the FAQ How do I allow pop-ups? below for more details.

How to configure your web browser to allow pop-up windows

Most web browsers include a feature to block pop-up windows. While this may eliminate unwanted or bothersome pop-up windows, the feature sometimes can impede the functionality of legitimate or useful websites. 

Follow the instructions below to configure your web browser to allow pop-up windows for your selected websites. 


Safari 17.x (OS X)

On an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Go to Settings > Safari. Turn off "Block Pop-ups."
  2. To block pop-ups once again, return to Settings > Safari and turn "Block Pop-ups" on.

On a Mac computer:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar, then click "Websites."
  3. In the Websites tab, click "Pop-up Windows" and then select "Allow".
  4. To block pop-ups once again, return to Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Websites. Click "Pop-up Windows" and then select "Block" or "Block and Notify."

 Google Chrome 123.x (Windows/OS X)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings (the gear icon).
  4. From the list on the left side, select Privacy and Security. Then on the right, scroll down and click "Site settings."
  5. Scroll down to the Content section and select "Pop-ups and redirects."
  6. Under Customized Behaviors, look for "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" and click the "Add" button next to that.
  7. Copy and paste https://printSDSU.dpidirect.com into the Site box.
  8. You can now close the Settings tab.

  Mozilla Firefox 125.x (Windows/OS X)

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three lines (hamburger menu) in the upper right corner; then select "Settings."
  3. From the list on the left, select "Privacy & Security." 
  4. Scroll down to the Permissions section.
  5. Make sure the "Block pop-up windows" box is checked; then click the adjacent "Exceptions..." button.
  6. Copy and paste https://printSDSU.dpidirect.com into Address of website field, then click "Allow." The selected webpage is added to the list of Allowed Sites.
  7. Click the "Save Changes" button.

 Microsoft Edge 124.x (Windows)

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner; then select "Settings" (the gear icon).
  3. Select "Cookies and site permissions" from the list on the left.
  4. Scroll down in the Site permissions → All permissions list; then click "Pop-ups and redirects."
  5. In the Allow section, click "Add."
  6. Copy and paste https://printSDSU.dpidirect.com into the Site field.
  7. Click "Add." The selected website is added to the list of Allowed sites.
